Yoksullukla Mücadelede Farkındalık Etkinlikleri
Vizyon Koleji Marina Kampüsü olarak, Global Schools üyesi olmanın bilinciyle 17 Ekim Yoksullukla Mücadele Günü’nde farkındalık etkinlikleri gerçekleştirdik. Lise öğrencilerimiz, yoksulluğun bireyler ve toplum üzerindeki etkilerini anlatan “Shadows of Poverty” ve “Solidarity in the Agora” adlı İngilizce drama performanslarını sergileyerek SDG 1 “Yoksulluğa Son” hedefine dikkat çekti. Etkinlik kapsamında 10. sınıf öğrencimiz Feyza A. küresel dayanışmanın sembolü olan “We Are The World” şarkısını seslendirdi. Bu anlamlı etkinliklerle öğrencilerimiz, yoksullukla mücadelede empati, farkındalık ve dayanışmanın önemini vurguladı. Birlikte, sürdürülebilir bir gelecek için harekete geçiyoruz!
As Vizyon College Marina Campus, and with the awareness of being a member of the Global Schools Program, we organized awareness activities on October 17, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
Our high school students drew attention to SDG 1 “No Poverty” by performing two English drama plays: “Shadows of Poverty” and “Solidarity in the Agora”, highlighting the effects of poverty on individuals and society. As part of the event, our 10th-grade student Feyza A. performed the song “We Are The World”, a global symbol of unity and solidarity.
Through these meaningful activities, our students emphasized the importance of empathy, awareness, and solidarity in the fight against poverty.
Together, we are taking action for a more sustainable future!
